WEBSITE INFORMATION · OCTOBER 16, 2026

Website privacy.

This notice describes the information handled by the Operavue website. It does not govern a surgical dataset or a clinical research project; those require separate agreements and permissions.

Business inquiries

If you submit an inquiry, we collect the name, email address, organization, area of interest, message, and any project details you provide, such as specialty, country, archive volume, availability, or research requirements. We use this information to assess and respond to your request and manage relevant partnership discussions. Please do not include patient information, surgical recordings, or confidential clinical details.

Where information is stored

The website and its inquiry service are hosted by Vercel. Submitted inquiries are stored in a private Vercel Blob store in the United States and are accessible to authorized project administrators. Your inquiry is not published on the website or sold as a dataset.

Technical information

Our hosting provider may process request information such as IP addresses, browser information, and access logs to deliver and protect the service. The website does not install advertising trackers or use analytics cookies. Its fonts and imagery are served from the website itself.

Retention and requests

We retain inquiry information while it is needed to manage the conversation and related business or legal requirements. You can request access, correction, or deletion through the general inquiry form on the contact page. State that your inquiry concerns privacy and use the email address associated with your original request. We may need to verify the request before acting.

Our HIPAA commitment

Operavue is committed to conducting surgical data partnerships in compliance with applicable HIPAA requirements. Before we handle protected health information, we will establish the required privacy and security safeguards, agreements (including business associate agreements where required), and permissions for the project. Each proposed workflow will be reviewed with the relevant institutional and data partners before collection or transfer begins.

Surgical data is a separate process

This website does not accept surgical video uploads. Any future collection, transfer, or licensing of surgical data requires a separate review of rights, privacy, patient permissions, institutional approvals, and the applicable agreement.

Updates

We may update this notice as the website or services change. The date above identifies the current version.
